Situated in the heart of Waikiki, just a block from the renowned International Market and nearby shopping mall. Enjoy a short walk to the beach, dining spots, and attractions. The property features convenient on-site dining at "Forty Niner" cafe, a large swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQ grills with picnic tables, and a well-equipped fitness center. Living Area: *Two full size bed. *Built-in bedside USB charging stations. *Vanity mirror, dedicated work area & desk. *Split AC System for your comfort. *Free Wifi throughout the unit *Iron and tabletop ironing board Kitchenette: *Half sized fridge and freezer *Electric cooktop. *Basic cooking utensils. *Coffee maker. (Keurig) *Hot water kettle. *Microwave *Toaster *Plates, bowls & utensils. Bathroom: *Walk-in shower with bathtub. *Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. *Hair dryer. *Fresh hand, bath towels and washcloths. *Beach towels. Patio: *Outdoor patio. The Island Colony Condominium is a place like home. You’ll find a convenience store, pool deck, gym, ice vending machines and paid laundromat that accepts all credit and debit cards on the 6th floor. Guests will have access to the pool and Jacuzzi area from 7am to 9pm, located on the 6th floor. There is also a gym on the same level that requires a $10 fee per stay and a signed waiver at the front desk for checkout. Parking is available for $47 per 24 hours, payable to the attendant or machine. In and out privileges are included; inquire for more details. There is a rental car place on the ground floor of the building, which is a convenient option for renting a car onsite. The parking area has a height limit of 6 feet 2 inches. A Biki station, part of Hawaii’s bike share program, is also nearby. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk away. Everything else in Waikiki, including shops and restaurants, is within walking distance as you explore the area. The Island Colony is located in central Waikiki, a block away from the International Market place and tons of restaurants. The beach is about a 5 minute stroll away. Be right in the middle of it! Parking is available through the building at $47 per day. However, if you're staying within Waikiki, most destinations are walkable or a quick Biki (bike share) ride away. House Rules & Guest Guidelines To keep our condo in great shape and ensure a seamless stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules: 🚭 Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking unit and building (including the lanai). Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property triggers sensitive alarms and incurs a $250 fine plus any damage or deep-cleaning costs. Designated smoking areas are available on the ground level. 👥 Daytime Visitors: Visitors are welcome! For building security, please ensure any non-overnight guests register at the lobby desk upon arrival. 🏖️ Beach & Pool Care: 1. Please rinse off sand and saltwater before entering the building or condo, and clean any beach gear before bringing it inside. 2. Towel off completely before leaving the pool deck or stepping into elevators and hallways. 3. Avoid resting wet clothes, swimwear, or towels on furniture, beds, or wood surfaces. 🧺 Beach Towels: Please keep track of all provided beach towels ($20 replacement fee per missing towel). 🛋️ Furniture: Kindly leave all furniture in its original spot. Rearranged furniture that needs to be reset after checkout will incur a repositioning fee. 🔇 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels mindful between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM so everyone in the building can enjoy a restful night.

I had a great time staying at Avery's place in Waikiki, it's super high up so you can really see a lot and get an amazing view during the sunrise. Location is very close to great restaurants and stores so it's really easy to find your way around and explore
