Booking Questions
Why book direct instead of on Airbnb or Vrbo?
They are the same homes, managed by the same local team. When you book on this site you do not pay the guest service fee that Airbnb and Vrbo add on top of the rental price.
What is included in the price?
The total shown before you pay includes the nightly rate, the cleaning fee, and Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) and General Excise Tax (GET).
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card. Payment is taken in full when you book and is processed by Stripe.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if you cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days of check-in. You see this again before you pay.
How does check-in work?
After you book we email your confirmation. Check-in instructions for your home are sent by email before you arrive. Check-in and check-out times are listed on each home’s page.
