Please take a second to review these house rules from our HOA to be courteous to those living around you. Violations can result in fines from our HOA and we’ll have to pass those fines on to you. Having visitors it’s totally OK! however, please make sure to register them with Security in the lobby even if they aren’t staying overnight. Lastly, just a friendly reminder to remember to keep track of the beach towels theres a $20 charge per towel if they get lost. If you’d like to take them home, let us know ahead of time.
