This condo comes with a highly desired free parking space in Waikiki and is perfect for a group up to 4. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the leather sofa pulls out into a full queen sized bed. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a door and the bathroom can be access from both the bedroom and the living room. Perfect for families or couples. Also has an assigned parking spot! This apartment was recently remodeled and is perfect for a family, couple(s), or a group of friends coming to Oahu on vacation. This space includes a rooftop pool, with gym and sauna. Centrally located, in the heart of Waikiki and less than a 10 minutes walk to the beach! Steps away from the newly built International marketplace for all your shopping needs. Grocery stores around the corner and convenience stores right across the street. There is one parking stall available for your car. Common Area: *One queen-sized bed and another pull out queen sofa bed. *Dedicated work area & desk. *Free Wifi throughout the unit and building. Kitchen: *Full kitchen with full size refrigerator. *Electric range cooktop. *Cooking utensils & condiments. *Hot water kettle *Coffee maker *Microwave *Plates, bowls & utensils *Cleaning supplies *In-unit washer dryer and dish washer Bathroom: *Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. *Hair dryer. *Fresh hand, bath towels and washcloths. *Beach towels. Patio: *Outdoor patio. Rental car or on foot, this condo is in the middle of Waikiki and comes with a parking stall. I can also assist with recommendations and help with the planning process of your trip ⚠️ Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours. Our taxes are calculated as follows: 4.712% general Excise tax 10.25% transient accommodations Tax 3% Oahu transient accommodations tax 90/TVU-0074 Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height clearance of 73" and a width of 96". While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For larger groups, we recommend considering a minivan instead of a large SUV. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please check with us beforehand. For your convenience, we’ve attached a photo of the parking stall for reference.

Sand & Beach Care: Please rinse off all sand and saltwater before entering the building or unit. If you use beach gear, clean and dry it thoroughly before bringing it back inside. 2. Wet Clothing & Furniture: Do not place wet swimwear, clothes, or towels on the furniture, mattress, or wood surfaces to prevent damage or stains. 3. Pool Etiquette: Please towel off and ensure you are fully dry before leaving the 22nd-floor pool deck or stepping into the building elevators and hallways. 4. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY: Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited everywhere on the property, including inside the unit and on the standing lanai. The building has sensitive smoke detectors and strictly enforces this—violators face building fines and additional cleaning fees. Designated smoking areas are available downstairs near the ground level. 5. Furniture Policy: Please do not move or rearrange any furniture during your stay. If items are moved, they must be returned to their exact original positions prior to checkout to avoid a furniture repositioning surcharge. 6. Quiet Hours & Neighbors: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
