Experience the best of Waikiki from this prime location! COMMON AREA • Window unit AC System. • Wifi. BEDROOM • King sized bed and a sofa that can be a twin bed. • 54” Smart flat screen television. KITCHEN • Full size electric stovetop with oven. • Full size refrigerator. • Microwave. • Toaster. • Cooking utensils & condiments. • Plates, bowls & utensils. • Paper towels. • Cleaning supplies. BATHROOM • Bath tub. • Toilet. • Sink. • Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. • Bath towels. • Toilet paper. BALCONY: • Private outdoor lanai. • Outdoor Loveseat. • Coffee table. Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the living area, bedroom, full kitchen, and bathroom. PARKING • Parking garages (open ONLY with key fob). • Parking is based on availability and it is first come first serve. • Only for the top level of parking, the downstairs parking are all assigned stalls. • Parking stall No. 136 is for compact cars only, as we need to allow room for the mopeds and motorcycles to access their designated parking corner on the lobby level. • Vehicles include: motorcycles and mopeds. Only one vehicle allowed per unit. • Each vehicle must be moved within a 24 - hour period and be off the lot every 72 hours. • GUEST PARKING IS ALLOWED ON A LIMITED BASIS: MON - FRI 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM • Must register with building management for overnight parking. Do not park in any reserved stall. • DriveHui (“Hourly Rental Car”) has two vehicles parked in their own spots across the street. LAUNDRY • Coin Op Laundry is available on the first floor/lobby level. It is easily accessible just straight out of the elevator, around the corner. The machines can be operated using either coins or an app. ACCESS • Elevator access with secured FOB key entry only. TRASH • Trash bin (dumpster) located on basement level. LAUNDRY • Laundry on the ground level in the parking area. LOCATION • Waikiki Beach - 2 minute walk. • Honolulu Zoo - across the street. • Kapiolani Park & the Shell Theater - 4 min walk. • Central Waikiki - 6 minutes to all the shops and restaurants. • Beach gear rentals on the beach • There's a bike rental place and a moped rental place just at the end of the street. • We have an ABC store (local convenience store), a Starbucks and a Domino's pizza place all with a 2-3 min walk. ABOUT ILLEGAL RENTALS • The city and county has recently passed new enforcement measures against vacation rentals which are NOT legally zoned to operate. Basically, most of EVERYTHING OUTSIDE OF WAIKIKI IS ILLEGAL with very few exceptions with some illegal in Waikiki too but it is a safer bet. If you are booked now or intend to book outside of Waikiki or any rental not legally zoned and operated, BEWARE as your reservation may be cancelled without any notice including during your stay. Have a back up plan or better yet, just book a legally zoned rental like this one!
