Steps away from the newly built international marketplace for all your shopping needs. Grocery stores are around the corner, and convenience stores are right across the street. There is one parking stall available for your car. The building is secure and requires a key fob to access the elevators and enter the building. On the top of the building, there is a pool, sauna, gym, and BBQ area if you would like to entertain some guests. This condo has a pool area, workout room, sauna and barbecue area on the recreation deck on the rooftop of the condo. Perfect for relaxing and hosting small get-togethers Should you need any help, myself or cohosts. Can be available as we both live nearby. ⚠️ Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours. Please note that the maximum car height limit for the building is 6 feet 1 inch. While taller vehicles have managed to squeeze through, it’s at their own risk and not recommended.
