Kitchen: *Full kitchen with full-size refrigerator. *Electric range cooktop. *Cooking utensils & condiments. *Coffee maker. (regular drip) *Hot water kettle. *Microwave. *Plates, bowls, & utensils. *Cleaning supplies *In-unit washer, dryer, and dish washer. Bathroom: *Bathtub. *Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. *Hair dryer. *Fresh hands, bath towels, and washcloths. *Beach towels. Patio: *Outdoor patio. *Tables and chairs. Steps away from the newly built international marketplace for all your shopping needs. Grocery stores are around the corner, and convenience stores are right across the street. There is one parking stall available for your car. The building is secure and requires a key fob to access the elevators and enter the building. On the top of the building, there is a pool, sauna, gym, and BBQ area if you would like to entertain some guests. This condo has a pool area, workout room, sauna and barbecue area on the recreation deck on the rooftop of the condo. Perfect for relaxing and hosting small get-togethers Should you need any help, myself or cohosts. Can be available as we both live nearby. ⚠️ Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours. Please note that the maximum car height limit for the building is 6 feet 1 inch. While taller vehicles have managed to squeeze through, it’s at their own risk and not recommended.

📋 House Rules & Guest Policies Welcome to our home! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and keep our condo in top shape, please follow these simple rules: 1. Sand & Beach Care: Please rinse off all sand and saltwater before entering the building or unit. If you use beach gear, clean and dry it thoroughly before bringing it back inside. 2. Wet Clothing & Furniture: Do not place wet swimwear, clothes, or towels on the furniture, mattress, or wood surfaces to prevent damage or stains. 3. Pool Etiquette: Please towel off and ensure you are fully dry before leaving the 22nd-floor pool deck or stepping into the building elevators and hallways. 4. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY: Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited everywhere on the property, including inside the unit and on the standing lanai. The building has sensitive smoke detectors and strictly enforces this—violators face building fines and additional cleaning fees. Designated smoking areas are available downstairs near the ground level. 5. Furniture Policy: Please do not move or rearrange any furniture during your stay. If items are moved, they must be returned to their exact original positions prior to checkout to avoid a furniture repositioning surcharge. 6. Quiet Hours & Neighbors: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Fantastic place in the heart of Waikiki. Short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Private gated parking spot which was a huge plus. Avery made sure to check with us to make sure we had everything we needed once we checked in and throughout the whole stay. Would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend & I had an amazing stay! The condo was clean, cozy, & within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We loved the lanai. Having an in unit washer/dryer & parking included, is a huge plus in Oahu. There’s also plenty of closet space and hangers to hang-dry clothes. We didn’t use the beach gea…
