This bright, centrally located retreat is designed specifically for two guests looking for the ultimate convenience. You are in the absolute heart of the neighborhood—just a short, easy walk from world-famous beaches, incredible dining, premier shopping, and local parks. You are truly close to everything! Common Area: *One queen-sized bed and another queen sofa bed. *Window type AC System for your comfort. *Free Wifi throughout the unit and building. Speeds of up to 300 Mbps for uploads and up to 500 Mbps for downloads. *Clothing Storage. *Fresh linens and beddings. *Iron and tabletop ironing board. Kitchen: *Full kitchen with full size refrigerator. *Electric range cooktop. *Cooking utensils & condiments. *Coffee maker. *Hot water kettle. *Microwave. *Plates, bowls & utensils. *Cleaning supplies *In-unit washer dryer and dish washer. Bathroom: *Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. *Hair dryer. *Fresh hand, bath towels and washcloths. *Beach towels. Patio: *Outdoor patio. The building is secure and requires a key-fob to access the elevators and enter the building. Check-in is after 3:00 PM. While we may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in, it’s not guaranteed and must be requested in advance. Please reach out around 12 noon on your arrival day to check availability. Please note that we are a vacation rental, not a hotel. While we don’t provide daily cleaning services, the unit is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. Fresh towels are not replenished daily, but you are welcome to use our in-unit washer and dryer. If you would like additional or fresh towels during your stay, we offer them for $30 per set. Guests will enjoy full access to the unit, which includes a private lanai, in-unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and assigned parking—a rare perk in Waikiki. The building features a rooftop recreation deck with panoramic views of Diamond Head, the Ala Wai Canal, and Waikiki. Up here, you’ll find: * A pool (Opening Hours: 8 AM - 10 PM) * BBQ grills with shaded picnic seating * A dry sauna * Lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing Our building is centrally located and just a short stroll (about 5-10 minutes) to Waikiki Beach, the International Market Place, and a variety of dining spots, local shops, and convenience stores. It’s ideal for exploring the area on foot. Transportation options nearby include: * A stop for TheBus, Oahu’s public transit system * Biki stations (Hawaii’s bike-share program) * Pickup points for the Waikiki Trolley (fee-based) * Easy access to Uber/Lyft rideshare services Should you need any help with some, please feel free to contact me on Airbnb or by text/phone call. I can also assist with recommendations and help with the planning process of your trip ⚠️ Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours. Please DO NOT feed the birds or leave food on the balcony. An additional $100 cleaning surcharge for excessive bird droppings. Pool opens from 8AM until 10PM Check-in after 3:00 PM Check-out before 10:00 AM Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height clearance of 73" and a width of 96". While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For larger groups, we recommend considering a minivan instead of a large SUV. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please check with us beforehand. For your convenience, we’ve attached a photo of the parking stall for reference. ⚠️ Any ongoing renovations or construction throughout the building are out of our control. However, if you have any concerns, we are happy to reach out to the building management prior to booking to check whether any renovations or construction projects are scheduled during your stay. Garbage Disposal Rule: Please avoid putting large food particles or excessive waste down the disposal. If a clog occurs and large particles are found in the disposal, a $200 plumbing fee will be charged.
