A lovely one-bedroom retreat in Hawaii. This peaceful oasis is perfect for a special trip for two or three people. Kitchen: *Full kitchen with full size refrigerator. *Electric range cooktop. *Cooking utensils & condiments. *Coffee maker. *Hot water kettle. *Microwave. *Plates, bowls & utensils. *Cleaning supplies *In-unit washer dryer and dish washer. Bathroom: *Bathtub. *Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. *Fresh hand, bath towels and washcloths. *Beach towels. This condo offers an array of amenities including a rooftop recreation deck with a pool area, workout room, sauna, and barbecue area. Should you need any help, myself or cohosts. Can be available as we both live nearby. The condo is located in the heart of Waikiki, minutes walk to the beach. It is safe and well lit, with The newly built International Market Place less than 200 yards away. There's a foodcourt. There is also a few grocery and convenience stores nearby for quick supply runs. There is one covered and secured parking stall that come with the rental as well as bus stops near by to get around. *Notice: Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours. Pool opens from 8 AM - 10 PM Check-in after 3:00 PM Check-out before 10:00 AM Trash chute is to the left out the elevator all the way down at the end. Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height clearance of 73" and a width of 96". While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For larger groups, we recommend considering a minivan instead of a large SUV. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please check with us beforehand. For your convenience, we’ve attached a photo of the parking stall for reference.
House Rules
1. Please ensure to clean off any sand or mud before entering the apartment. 2. If you find any beach equipment in the unit, please clean off as much sand as possible before bringing it back into the condo. 3. Respect your neighbors and ensure you're dry before leaving the pool areas. 4. Avoid leaving wet clothing on the furniture, as it may cause stains that are difficult to clean. 5. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balconies. The smoke alarms are sensitive and can detect the source of smoke. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas downstairs near the lockbox area. Building staff enforce this rule rigorously and will issue fines to violators, which will be passed on accordingly. 6. If guests move any furniture during their stay, we kindly ask that it be returned to its original position before checkout. Failure to do so may result in a furniture repositioning surcharge.
