1. Please ensure to clean off any sand or mud before entering the apartment. 2. If you find any beach equipment in the unit, please clean off as much sand as possible before bringing it back into the condo. 3. Respect your neighbors and ensure you're dry before leaving the pool areas. 4. Avoid leaving wet clothing on the furniture, as it may cause stains that are difficult to clean. 5. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balconies. The smoke alarms are sensitive and can detect the source of smoke. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas downstairs near the lockbox area. Building staff enforce this rule rigorously and will issue fines to violators, which will be passed on accordingly. 6. Please do not move any furniture during your stay. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original position before checkout to avoid a furniture repositioning surcharge.
